Organizational Diagnosis

We measure the direct & specific causal links between what goes inside your organization and your market place, and then analyze their impact on your organization’s performance. Our integrated system enables you to interrogate in-depth all or any level of organizational performance, to provide solution for the organization as a whole, teams, groups, departments, leaders, managers and individuals.

The methodology is based on a rigorous, world class, ground-breaking, and empirical research spread over 20 years with thousands of organizations worldwide; leading to huge insight into drivers of performance. During the research, over 300 hypotheses were tested for establishing organizational elements that were really necessary for achievement of business results and other outcomes. We used standard but sophisticated statistical analyses to calculate the relationships between what is done in an organization and what results are achieved. Finally, 16 universal antecedents were identified which we call as ‘Performance Bearing Mechanisms’ or PBMs. There are a further 7, which the organisations deploy in the market place that impact on revenue stream, gross margins, customer retention, market share & staff morale.

As each organization is different, PBMs work differently on different organizations. Therefore, we analyse each organization’s data separately, using similar methodology and statistical analysis, as in our original research studies. And, benchmark the findings against data of more than 3,700 organizations collected over 2 decades.

We use an algorithm that reliably (>90%) calculates what needs to be done, and the extent to which it needs to be done in order to achieve certain results (based on Strategic Profile). And we benchmark these data.

All Verax measures conform to the high standards of the British Psychological Society in terms of validity and reliability for psychometric tests.
